Support seniors living residents with SE Health through compassionate care, medication assistance, and activities of daily living. Work part time while following individualized care plans and hospitality model service standards.

As a Health Care Aide, you will be a key member of the care team in a seniors living facility. This 0.6 position works on the stated rotation. Your responsibilities include personal care, meal delivery, laundry, light housekeeping, recreational support, and daily charting. Care is client- and family-centered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver hospitality model services according to individual care plans
- Support recreational and leisure activities for residents
- Provide medication assistance as care plans require




- Adapt routines to accommodate resident needs
- Participate in ongoing educational programs

Requirements:

- CLHA registration
- Up-to-date immunizations and current tuberculosis testing
- Criminal Reference and Vulnerable Sector Checks from last twelve months
- Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
- Compassionate, respectful, and diplomatic communication
