Lead complex commercial door repairs and emergency service calls while applying advanced diagnostics to mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment.

As a Senior Commercial Overhead Door Technician, you independently maintain, repair, and install systems across assigned contracts. The work includes loading docks, truck restraints, dock seal/shelters, high speed doors, hollow metal doors, operators, and controls. You also provide hands-on coaching and technical escalation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve high-risk failures and escalated service calls
• Diagnose commercial doors and associated electrical systems
• Install advanced systems according to manufacturer specifications
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians

Requirements:

• Five or more years of relevant hands-on experience
• High school diploma required; certification strongly preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot complex commercial door issues independently
• Solid communication for clients, documentation, and coordination
