This is a full-time, in-office position working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.About the RoleThe Financial Analyst will support the financial and operational performance of a commercial property portfolio, with a focus on insurance analysis, rent reviews, leasing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The role will also involve financial modeling, lease analysis, variance analysis, and preparing monthly and ad-hoc management reports.The OfferThis position offers competitive compensation in the $80,000 - $95,000 range depending on experience and qualifications, along with advantages, vacation,
