Order fulfillment at The Home Depot depends on accurate picking, careful packing, and customer-focused service through every transaction.

Order Picker associates obtain and prioritize pick lists, gather merchandise throughout the store, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup. As part of the Service Desk team, they use the Order Fulfillment Application, handle basic POS sales and returns, and communicate with customers by phone. This position reports to the Service Desk Department Supervisor and requires attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prioritize pick lists and gather merchandise for customer orders
- Pack, label, and stage orders to prevent product damage
- Load delivery vehicles and take curbside orders outside




- Read COM orders and notes in the system
- Follow Home Depot’s Greeting, Engaging, and Thanking model

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of Retail or Distribution experience an asset
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to move heavy and bulky items without assistance
- Ability to climb ladders up to 12 to 16 feet
