Build pallets for finished steel products at Forma Steel in Fort Macleod, Alberta, using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tapes. Work Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm.

As a Pallet Builder, you will assemble pallets according to finished product dimensions. You will maintain a clean work area, perform routine maintenance, and report tool or machine issues. The role also requires following health and safety procedures and helping keep the shop running smoothly. Forma Steel manufactures steel roofing, siding, trim, and custom panels at its Fort Macleod facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble pallets according to finished product dimensions
- Use hand tools and power tools during builds
- Maintain a clean work area throughout shifts




- Perform routine maintenance and report equipment issues
- Follow safety procedures and support shop operations

Requirements:

- Experience using basic hand tools and power tools
- Read, write, and verbally communicate in English
- Use imperial and metric measuring tapes
- Perform basic math and physical job requirements
- Work reliably in a manufacturing environment
