Island Health seeks a Clinical Nurse Leader for a temporary full time assignment in long-term care. Reporting to the Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary clinical activities, coordinate resources, and support unit goals. The schedule is , with the assignment ending approximately March 31, 2027, pending the incumbent’s return.

- Ability to organize, prioritize, supervise, and provide direct patient care
