Better Living Health and Community Services is hiring a Program Assistant on a three-month contract. Reporting to the Supervisor, Food Services, you will work across Meals on Wheels, the Adult Day Program, and Better Bistro. The work combines client service, electronic records, food preparation, volunteer support, and daily administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure hot meals are prepared and packed
- Document client changes using the client database
- Prepare delivery routes, maps, instructions, and cold items
- Support volunteers during daily meal delivery




- Provide telephone support for Food Services

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- At least one year of related work experience
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Food preparation experience and robust documentation skills
