As an early-career IT Intern, you will contribute to reliable technology operations supporting Kepler's space connectivity work. The four-month internship provides mentorship while you handle common hardware, software, internet, and workstation issues. Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot common employee hardware and software issues
- Resolve and document support requests in Jira
- Maintain accurate guides and process instructions
- Manage IT equipment, software, and license inventory




- Assist with accounts, peripherals, and workstation setup

Requirements:

- Current post-secondary studies in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience supporting users and troubleshooting technical problems
- Transparent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain Reliability Status
