Teach leadership development through Dalhousie University’s Corporate Residency MBA, supporting students during an eight-month corporate work experience. Travel is required.

This Part time Academic teaches BUSI 7005: Corporate Residency in Winter/Summer 2027. The course bridges leadership development theory and practice through career-related assignments, action learning, coaching, and employer collaboration. You will work with Management Careers Services and liaise with the Corporate Residency MBA office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create career-related assignments for Corporate Residency MBA students
- Mark assignments and assess student work collaboratively
- Collaborate with Management Careers Services and employer partners




- Support leadership development through corporate residency activities
- Report to the Director of the MBA Program

Requirements:

- MBA and/or PhD in a management-related topic
- Knowledge of leadership development
- Experience with performance management systems
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Meet AACSB academic or professional qualification requirements
