Welcome GoodLife Fitness Members as a Motivator in Kingston, Ontario, using customer service and front desk expertise. This part time role supports positive club experiences.

The Customer Service Representative (Motivator) is often the first Associate Members encounter at the Club. You will greet Members and Potential Members, check arrivals, answer calls, and support fitness questions. The position also includes memberships, Club services, systems, and FitFix Starter sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet Members and Potential Members upon arrival
- Check Members in for workouts
- Answer calls, take messages, and book appointments
- Assist with FitFix and Cardio machine questions
- Complete cleaning tasks and Club runs

Requirements:

- CPR-A and AED Certification
- Smart Tan certification within three months
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and customer service skills
- Fitness industry knowledge preferred
