Rail OperatorUniversal Rail Solutions is seeking an experienced Rail Operator to support our client site in Fort Saskatchewan by safely and efficiently loading, switching railcars, and operating the trackmobile.Company:Universal Rail SolutionsEmployment Type:Full‑TimeSchedule:5 on / 5 off / 4 on Dayshift & NightshiftWage:Starting at $36.90 per hourPosition:Rail OperatorWhat You’ll DoAs a Rail Operator, you’ll be responsible for loading railcars, switching railcars such as pulling/respotting the loading rack, yard organization, and operating the trackmobile.Railcar InspectionsHooking up and unhooking railcars for loadingMonitoring the loading rack while product fills the railcarsSafely organize, move, and spot railcars within the rail yardPull loaded railcars from loading rack and secure them as required in storage tracksSpotting empty railcars at the loading rack to support loading operationsOperate trackmobiles and switch railcars in accordance with IROR and site rulesTroubleshoot issues as they arise and communicate effectively with site contactsPerform duties primarily independently with minimal supervisionMaintain the safe use and care of hand tools and equipmentComply with all company policies, site requirements,
