Reporting to the Estimating Manager, the Estimator analyzes costs and prepares estimates for current homes. You will complete take-offs, estimate material and labour costs, review supplier quotes, and monitor project budgets. The work supports profitable business decisions through careful documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete and review project take-offs and estimating files
- Estimate material and labour costs accurately
- Maintain supplier and trade directories and review quotes
- Prepare purchase orders, change orders, and required documents
- Monitor budgets, invoices,



variances, and cost-to-complete reports

Requirements:

- Three years of residential construction estimating experience
- Related degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and estimating software
- Strong organization, communication, listening, and detail orientation
- Satisfactory criminal record check verification
