Coordinate residential maintenance services in Okotoks using Yardi Voyager, dispatch planning, and resident communication. This full-time position is based at Head Office.

Partners Properties seeks a Service Coordinator for its residential portfolio. You will manage requests from intake through close-out, using Yardi, Microsoft 365, and accurate documentation. The position connects residents, Service Technicians, vendors, and the Facility Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and triage requests through Yardi, email, phone, and portal
• Provide resident updates from first response through resolution
• Dispatch technicians and vendors,
  
  
  
  scheduling access and appointments
• Coordinate vendor authorization and initiate purchase orders
• Close work orders with complete Yardi documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum three years in customer service, administration, or service coordination
• High proficiency with Yardi Voyager maintenance modules
• High proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
• Robust documentation, prioritization, and dispatch coordination skills
• Excellent communication, empathy, and vendor follow-up skills
