This General Help/Cashier assignment supports meal service requirements at a Correctional Center. You will prepare ingredients, cook or pan food, store products correctly, and portion meal trays. Duties also include cleaning, cart handling, cash register operations, and meal ticket procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Store food using wrapping, dating, safety, and rotation procedures
- Portion meal trays and special diet trays
- Maintain clean, orderly storage areas
- Clean carts, trolleys, dishes, and pots
- Operate cash registers and follow meal ticket procedures

Requirements:
