The Sandwich Maker supports Dexterra Group’s culinary team and daily bagged lunch program. You will prepare hot and cold items, including deli and specialty sandwiches, production compounds, and directed menu items. The position requires safe food handling, organized preparation, and consistent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily bagged lunch sandwiches and specialty items
- Complete preparations, including egg salad and cooked compounds
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations
- Complete HACCP and production logs
- Label, date, store, and clean prepared products and equipment

Requirements:

- Current Food Secure certification
- Large-scale cooking experience in camps, banquets, or hotels
- Mass-production sandwich maker experience preferred
- Commitment to a three weeks on, three weeks off rotation
- Ability to pass required assessments and lift up to 50 pounds
