Prepare food and drinks, manage orders, and support restaurant teamwork as a part-time McDonald’s Crew Member. Weekday shifts rotate between 6am and 5pm.

This position supports K.E.I’s locally owned McDonald’s Restaurants across the mid-Island to Greater Victoria and beyond. You may work in the kitchen, Drive-Thru, or front counter, helping deliver an exceptional guest experience. Duties include food preparation, order assembly, payments, and communication with peers and Managers. Flexible schedule and shifts are available, with no experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete drink and food preparation
- Assemble dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders
- Greet guests and process payments
- Coordinate effectively with peers and Managers
- Work rotating weekday morning hours

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Trust in coworkers and a trustworthy approach
- Focus on details and good quality
- Comfort working as part of a team
- Previous food service or retail experience helpful
