As a Merchandiser, you manage product inventory, placement, and expiry dates while maintaining a neat, organized backroom. Daily work includes PDT and MMS Systems, Exit Strategy, Product Return, merchandise receiving, and documentation. You will help ensure displays remain consumer focused and shoppable, preserve Store Standards, and support the Front Store Manager or Assistant Front Store Manager with quality standards. The role requires planning, judgement, decision making, efficiency, record keeping, and attention to detail. Some computer and cash register skills are required. You must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and available for adaptable shifts, including nights and weekends. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing a ladder. Compliance with health, safety,



loss prevention, and Store Standards policies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed
- Maintain organized backroom inventory and receiving standards
- Complete documentation for received and returned merchandise
- Keep displays shoppable and aligned with store trends
- Support Front Store management with quality standards
