Use French and English to assist guests at Mont Cascades lifts in Cantley, Quebec, supporting safe loading, unloading, and resort information.

This seasonal, part time position reports to the Lift Supervisor and contributes to reliable lift operations. You will follow Lift Operator directions, check authorization, communicate procedures, and identify unusual situations. Your guest service supports visitors across lifts, trails, facilities, and resort services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide lift, trail, facility, and resort information
- Follow Lift Operator and Supervisor safety directions
- Communicate emergency procedures as directed
- Work with teams to maintain orderly operations
- Clear snow and ice from chairs when required

Requirements:

- Grade 11 completed or currently in progress
- Strong guest service and team collaboration skills
- Bilingual French and English communication ability
- Alert, cautious, independent, and trustworthy approach
- Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions
