Help adults with learning disabilities and autism build skills through meaningful work in a Day Service group or workshop setting.

As a Day Service Co-Worker, you provide support and care to adults participating in purposeful activities. The position may involve full time or part-time work, with support based across all groups. You will work primarily in one key group while adapting assistance to each member’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide care and support within group and workshop settings
- Enable participation in meaningful work activities
- Support members developing skills through Day Service work
- Provide one-to-one support according to individual needs
- Assist small shared groups of up to three members

Requirements:

- Willingness to work full-time or part-time
- Ability to support adults with learning disabilities
- Ability to support adults with autism
- Flexibility to work across different groups
- Capability to provide individual and shared group support

Use flexible care and support approaches to help Day Service members participate, learn, and contribute within workshops.
