Federated Co-operatives Limited seeks permanent Warehouse Order Pickers for its Supply Chain team. Order pickers prepare home, building, and food products for local Co-ops. The position includes collaboration with warehouse professionals and reporting to the Supervisor, Warehouse Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Select items from floor stock throughout the warehouse
- Check and pack orders onto assembled pallets
- Transport completed pallets to local Co-ops
- Perform repetitive bending, lifting, and reaching tasks
- Complete housekeeping in shipping and receiving areas

Requirements:

- Trustworthy approach with commitment to doing your best
- Comfort using a headset for warehouse communication
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
- Willingness to work shifts, evenings, and weekends
- Commitment to collaboration and relationship building
