The Hotel Houseperson works under the Housekeeping Manager and follows established policies, quality standards, procedures, and services. Daily duties span linen distribution, guest room requests, lost and found handling, room inspections, and public-area cleaning. Robust communication supports guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond courteously to guest questions and room supply requests
- Transport room service items, debris, linens, and trash
- Distribute linen and terry supplies equally across floors
- Retrieve guest room items and return them to storage
- Turn lost and found items over to supervisors

Requirements:

- Required customer service and previous cleaning experience
- Hotel cleaning experience is preferred
- Effective communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to operate cleaning and laundry equipment
- Safety mindset and ability to handle 25 pounds
