Support a positive Liquor Mart customer experience through controlled entry, carry-out service, phone coverage, and clean customer areas. Work across service and store duties.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Courtesy Clerk Seasonal provides front-line assistance while following security, housekeeping, and Corporate Responsibility procedures. Duties include greeting customers, answering phones, covering controlled entry, packaging orders, and providing carry-out service when appropriate. You will also maintain sanitized contact points and organized sales areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide controlled entry coverage and refuse entry procedurally
- Answer phones using established protocols
- Package orders and provide appropriate carry-out service
- Clean sales floors, cashier stations,



and permit areas
- Remove cardboard, garbage, and breakage according to procedure

Requirements:

- Customer service-related industry experience is an asset
- Certificate in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration is an asset
- Bilingual French and English skills are an asset
- Excellent communication skills and basic computer knowledge
- Ability to perform essential physical requirements
