As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will work within the Haemodialysis, Nephrology Program at Church. The temporary part time position includes comprehensive care, patient follow-up, quality assurance participation, and possible Transition Care Unit coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to hemodialysis patients
• Maintain a primary nursing focus within the program
• Provide patient education and follow-up
• Participate in quality assurance activities
• Support Transition Care Unit coverage as scheduled

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nursing two-year diploma
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Acute care experience of one to two years
• Sound judgment, observation, and patient assessment skills
