This Product Guide role combines customer service, brand representation, merchandising feedback, and store operations. You will support leadership projects, develop your outdoor passions, and help deliver a best-in-class experience. The position requires accountability, flexibility, collaboration, and availability across specified weekend, opening, and closing shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver best-in-class experiences through knowledgeable guest support
- Provide merchandising feedback to help drive sales
- Participate in assigned store tasks and brand initiatives
