As a Shift Leader, you support store management and oversee daily operations when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is absent. You guide associates, resolve customer concerns, uphold store standards, and help achieve sales targets and store-level KPIs. Canna Cabana requires responsible leadership within a regulated cannabis retail workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily store operations alongside store management
- Direct associates and model exemplary customer service
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues appropriately
- Maintain health, safety, security, and store standards




- Oversee inventory processes and pursue sales goals

Requirements:

- Valid CannSell certification required for cannabis retail
- Minimum two years of retail work experience
- Demonstrated sales, service, training, and motivation skills
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer troubleshooting abilities
- Availability for nights, holidays, weekends, and different locations
