This Security Service Technician position focuses on delivering high quality solutions that meet customer expectations. You will work with access control, CCTV, intrusion alarms, and intercom systems while coordinating programming, integrations, and commissioning. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting, customer communication, service call management, reporting, and secure field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm, and intercom systems
- Coordinate field communication during system programming and commissioning
- Provide solutions for restoring systems to full functionality

Requirements:

- Valid British Columbia Security TQ Licence required
- Security system installation and servicing experience
