As a Counter Sales Representative, you will help customers select and purchase aftermarket heavy-duty parts and equipment. You will answer product questions, explain applications, and support transactions. Your work includes returns, warranty claims, special orders, accounts, invoicing, and freight billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide heavy-duty parts expertise and build customer relationships
• Advise customers on products, applications, returns, and warranties
• Answer questions about pricing, availability, catalogues, and features
• Assist with cash and national accounts
• Process pricing,
  
  
  
  credits, invoicing, and freight billing

Requirements:

• One to five years selling heavy-duty parts preferred
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• Microsoft Office and standard equipment proficiency
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Open availability, including Saturdays, and ability to lift parts
