Lead archery programming at YMCA Camp Pine Crest in Torrance, Ontario, using protected instruction and equipment maintenance skills. This seasonal contract requires six-day availability.

The Archery Program Head coordinates daily archery delivery for cabins and leadership participants. You will teach technique, develop participant skills, supervise staff, and maintain program equipment. The position also supports camp-wide activities, special events, resource responsibilities, and accurate program paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and lead safe archery programs for participants
- Teach proper technique and support skill development
- Monitor safety and respond immediately to concerns
- Maintain ranges, atlatls, and equipment




- Support staff facilitation and camp-wide activities

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of camp-setting experience
- First Aid and CPR certification meeting stated requirements
- Archery and target sports experience considered an asset
- Ability to mentor staff and provide constructive feedback
- Availability for days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
