Receiving Associates unload carriers, verify merchandise quantity and quality, and enter incoming information into store systems. The role requires attention to detail, procedural accuracy, and learning store tools such as First Phone. Associates also stock merchandise, organize receiving areas, identify product information, and support customer needs. Freight Team assignments may include picking orders through the Order Fulfillment Application.

Key Responsibilities:

- Unload inbound freight using designated equipment
- Compare shipping documents with purchase orders
- Enter merchandise information into receiving systems




- Stock products and maintain organized overheads
- Approach customers and determine project needs

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year receiving experience
- Powered lift equipment licensing required
- Strong attention to detail and safety orientation
- Ability to lift, move, and organize heavy merchandise
