Support residential participants in Brandon through care plans, medication administration, crisis assistance, and daily home duties. Multiple full time, part-time, and casual schedules are available.

Life’s Journey Inc. seeks Residential Support Mentors for its Residential Services Program. Reporting to the Residential Coordinator and Clinical Case Manager, you will provide direct participant support. The work includes medication administration, harm reduction, crisis assistance, and collaboration with the Clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and follow participant care plans
- Administer medications and PRNs as required
- Assist participants during times of crisis
- Prepare meals and maintain residence premises
- Work closely with the Clinical team

Requirements:

- At least two years’ related experience
- Experience supporting severe mental health needs
- Experience supporting individuals engaging in substance use
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid First Aid CPR Certificate
