OverviewWe are currently seeking skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisors to lead our maintenance team at our sawmill/planer facility. Working on either a Monday to Friday, Graveyard or a Compressed Weekend Shift (F/S/S), you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the sawmill/planer machinery and equipment.ResponsibilitiesEnsure safe and efficient operation of the sawmill/planer machinery and equipment.Coordinate maintenance requests.Create and manage work orders in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).Assign tasks to maintenance technicians.Oversee parts inventory.Track maintenance progress.Provide regular performance reports to management.QualificationsRequirements:Red Seal Millwright Certification with a minimum of five years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Planner, or Coordinator.Proven leadership skills and experience in safety management and team development.Strong understanding of maintenance systems, workflows, and sawmill/planer operations.Solid knowledge of equipment maintenance, optimization processes,
