This Service Dispatcher supports Houle’s Service Division by connecting clients with field electricians. You will assess inquiries, schedule technicians, manage work orders, and support accurate billing. The position requires organized habits, computer proficiency, and customer-focused communication.



You will also monitor documentation and follow established service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Assess service requests and gather relevant information

Requirements:
