Advise leaders on complex employee relations and performance matters as a Talent Advisory Manager with BLG, Canada’s Law Firm. This is a 14-month contract.

The Manager, Talent Advisory leads talent advisory services for an assigned business area or region. You will partner with leaders on people priorities, organizational capability, and employee experience. The work includes investigations, workforce planning, talent management, and employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach leaders on employee relations and performance management
- Support workplace investigations and resolution processes
- Guide disciplinary and performance improvement processes
- Provide risk-informed advice aligned with Firm policies




- Support compliance with employment legislation and requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Five to seven years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience in advisory or HR business partnering environments
- Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
- Solid judgement, communication, and relationship-building skills
