Lead grocery operations through an interim assignment using customer service, supervision, and solid communication skills. Support customers and staff daily.

This interim position covers grocery department duties from the estimated November 16, 2026 start date through the estimated February 6, 2026 end date. You will supervise grocery personnel when the Grocery Manager is absent while completing customer orders and daily preparation. The role also supports employee engagement through coaching and development. Success requires independent work, multitasking,



and adherence to company standards across grocery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service meeting customer needs
• Supervise grocery personnel during the manager’s absence
• Complete and prepare customer grocery orders
• Merchandise the Grocery Department and perform daily preparation
• Maintain sanitation and implement applicable company standards

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 12 months of experience
• Ability to work independently
• Above average oral and written communication skills
• Good work ethic and multitasking ability
