As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will help retail stores operate smoothly while positively representing the New Balance brand. Use the GUEST service model, understand customer needs, explain product features and benefits, and solve questions. Past retail experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and establish contact using the GUEST model
- Measure and fit customers with appropriate New Balance products
- Complete sales through suggestive and multiple selling techniques
- Maintain neat, organized, and well-stocked sales floors
- Follow safety procedures and report accidents or near misses

Requirements:
