Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Campus Ambassador! In this role, you’ll drive student engagement and early talent pipeline development by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including campus partners and professional associations. You’ll engage designated institutions, track student interactions and outcomes in the CRM, and support recruitment events and travel across North America (with an East Coast focus). You’ll also stay current on early talent and campus recruiting trends to continuously strengthen strategy and impact.What Will You DoBuild and sustain relationships with students, faculty, campus leaders, and external partnersEstablish strategic partnerships with student organizations, academic departments, industry partners, and alumniServe as a key liaison between the university and external stakeholders to support collaboration and sponsorshipsDevelop, analyze, and maintain feedback and data systems to generate insights and drive continuous improvementEnsure data integrity, governance, and effective use of analytics to inform decision‑makingAct as a subject‑matter expert on student engagement, recruitment, and industry trendsSupport with program execution and management from end to endSupport high‑quality event execution through planning, coordination, and stakeholder communicationPerform additional duties as needed to support team and organizational goalsWhat Do You BringBilingualism (French/English) is required to communicate daily with team members across CanadaBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in student engagement, campus recruiting, or a related area to early talent development / recruitmentProven ability to design and execute campus engagement strategies, partnerships, and eventsExperience using CRM systems to manage relationships, track engagement, and analyze dataStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engagement tools (e.G., events,
