As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and dynamic Employment Lawyer to join our practice.Position OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment and human rights law, with excellent written and oral advocacy skills. You should be confident, proactive, and client-focused, with the ability to communicate effectively and negotiate firmly with opposing counsel.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in employment, human rights, and related litigation matters.Prepare and draft correspondence, pleadings, mediation briefs, and legal arguments.Attend mediations, discoveries, court proceedings,
