Operate assigned washing equipment while keeping dishes, cookware, and kitchen spaces clean, sanitary, and ready for use.

As a Dishwasher, you will support kitchen sanitation through established cleaning procedures and equipment. Your responsibilities include operating industrial washing machines, polishing silver, cleaning food preparation surfaces, and maintaining equipment in working condition. You will also help move supplies, products, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean dishes and cookware according to procedures and assigned equipment
- Use industrial washing equipment for daily dishwashing tasks
- Polish silver with tumblers, chemical dip, buffing wheel, or cloth
- Keep dish and kitchen equipment areas orderly and sanitary




- Assist with loading, unloading, and transferring supplies and equipment

Requirements:

- Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
- Industrial washing machine experience preferred
- Previous dishwashing experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
