Help maintain smooth dealership service operations at Porsche Service Centre Mississauga through vehicle preparation, customer care, and daily support. Work with Pfaff Automotive Partners.

This Service Assistant position supports the Service Manager and dealership team with customer-facing and vehicle-related tasks. You will maintain the coffee area, coordinate with porters, and prepare serviced vehicles for customer pickup. Success requires reading ability, verbal instruction comprehension, manual-transmission driving, and effective teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with porters on daily dealership tasks
- Keep the coffee area stocked and clean
- Understand verbal work orders and instructions
- Wash vehicles after completed service




- Perform additional duties required by the Service Manager

Requirements:

- Ability to read detailed forms and standard memos
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License with clean abstract
- Ability to drive a manual transmission
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
