Infosys seeks a Senior Consultant or Lead Consultant to serve as an IFS PSO domain SME for a Canada-based client. The work connects business and technology teams across IFS Cloud, IFS Field Service Management, and mobile work orders. You will support production stability, solution quality, and onshore-offshore delivery through incident, problem, change, release, and enhancement cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AMS delivery for IFS PSO and Field Service Management
- Configure scheduling optimization, resource capacity, appointment windows, and business rules
- Analyze scheduling exceptions, dispatch outcomes, and optimization performance
- Drive production triage,



root-cause analysis, releases, and hyper-care
- Prepare specifications, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and operational runbooks

Requirements:

- Seven years of Information Technology experience
- Ten years using IFS FSM Cloud and legacy applications
- Deep IFS PSO, FSM, WFM, or mobile work-order knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or qualifying progressive experience substitution
- Commute to Mississauga and travel to client locations as needed
