Turn A/B test results into conversion strategies at GAIN, supporting clients from Vancouver through a hybrid experimentation consulting model.

This Experimentation Consultant role combines CRO analysis, technical experiment planning, and client advisory work. You will identify revenue loss, decide what to test, and translate findings into recommendations clients can act on. You will lead selected accounts independently while supporting enterprise engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify improvement opportunities by analyzing large datasets
- Plan and prioritize client experimentation roadmaps
- Interpret results and recommend actionable strategies
- Explain insights through compelling executive storytelling




- Support account direction and client success

Requirements:

- Two or more years owning analysis and recommendations end-to-end
- Practical experience with A/B test analysis
- Analytics platform experience, including GA4, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude
- Behavioural tool experience, including Contentsquare, Clarity, or Hotjar
- Commercial judgment focused on clients’ business needs
