Lead major infrastructure delivery for VSL Canada in Toronto, applying construction leadership and commercial project management expertise. This permanent, full time position is office-based and includes occasional travel.

As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee project performance, commercial outcomes, schedules, quality, and health and safety. You will direct multidisciplinary construction teams, manage client relationships, coordinate stakeholders, and oversee subcontractors. VSL Canada delivers complex infrastructure projects across transport, energy, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead major construction and infrastructure project delivery
- Maintain client relationships and coordinate project stakeholders
- Manage schedules, critical paths, productivity indicators, and lean methods
- Establish budgets, forecasts,



and cost controls
- Coordinate subcontractors, tenders, and commercial agreements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years delivering major infrastructure or heavy civil projects
- Experience managing client relationships and commercial negotiations
- Preferred bilingual English and French communication skills
- Technical knowledge with profit-minded decision-making ability
