This full-time, eight-month position starts January 11, 2027, and supports practical learning across client matters and active files. You will work with lawyers, legal assistants, and paralegals while developing skills in legal research, file administration, and document review. The work includes client interaction and exposure to legal management applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Input file information into real estate and wills programs
- Process interim purchase files
- Assist with final Report Schedule
- Collaborate on case strategy and client matters
- Provide basic administrative support to staff members

Requirements:

- LL.B or J.D from a Canadian law school
- Completed NCA certificate accepted
- Legal management software familiarity preferred
- Willingness to learn new applications
- Adaptability, initiative, and qualified judgment
