Support secure, organized shopping at Walmart in Regina as a Stockperson and Cartpusher focused on carts, customer service, and store safety.

This role supports customer service operations by collecting carts, assisting customers, and maintaining facilities and equipment. You will follow Walmart-approved procedures, complete required logs and inspections, and respond to register and Customer Service requests. The position builds retail, teamwork, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect carts from corrals, parking lots, and store perimeters
- Return carts safely to designated storage areas
- Assist customers with carry outs and carry ins
- Complete logs, inspections, and required safety sweeps
- Clean facilities and maintain equipment under established guidelines

Requirements:

- Be at least 16 years old
- Follow safety and emergency protocols consistently
- Use required steel toe footwear and reflective vest
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50
