AVAILABLE SHIFT
Days: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Interacts with Production and Engineering departments to maintain product Quality throughout the Production Part Approval Process through APQP meetings.
- Assists Production with all Product launches.
- Identifies and implements Quality related training.
- Write nonconformance reports and get disposition on rejected materials.
- Maintain NCR log.
- Maintain and update docket system.
- Maintain calibration of tools and calibration log.
- Handle and maintain RMA and customer complaints.
- Initiate REA’s and maintain log.
- Perform material tests when required and write reports.
- Interface with suppliers to correct material problems.
- Visit customers on site to provide assistance on product quality issues.
- Performs first off inspections.
- In-process Inspections.
- Ensures product is identified.
- Performs internal Quality Audits.
- Performs Final Inspection.
- Provide inspection results to customer upon request.
- Interface with customer service and shipping for priorities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Ability to read blue prints
- Problem solving experience
- Quality Assurance certificate from a recognized college institute.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Calibration of measuring instruments
- Experience with ISO9000 Quality Systems within an Automotive environment
- Experience in Quality Systems Audits
- Able to travel when required (Passport)
