Join one of Alberta's most professional security firms!A-1 Security is currently looking for a results oriented leader who can engage, inspire and develop a team ofmobile and static security professionals!Field Managers are responsible for the overall management of the corporation after hours, assisting clients with concerns or issues after hours, monitoring personnel, conducting site audits and quality control checks.As a corporation, we are proud to offer a fun and dynamic work environment, corporate training programs, employee care packages and quarterly retention bonus programs.Field Managers report directly to the Branch Operations Manager.Responsibilities:Responsible for the operational management for the corporation after hours (9pm-9am)Responsible for the recruitment, retention and discipline of a dedicated team of mobile personnelCollaborate with leadership to determine ongoing strategic action plans that support all key business objectivesResponsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service at all times, while actively ensuring services are consistently meeting the unique needs of client businesses.Participate in all required training, with a focus on continued personal and professional developmentCommunicate with the Operations Managerweekly, providing night operational updates and feedback for improvement in operations. Actively ensures issues are escalated appropriately in a timely mannerResponsible for the overall health and safety of personnel,



pro-actively training personnel on safe work practices.Provides support to head office and regional management personnel as requiredParticipates in projects as requiredFollows all operational guidelines, policy and procedure related to the Field Manager role.Job Requirements:The candidate will possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years of previous security management related experience as a Field ManagerThe candidate will possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years of previous experience in a security services related role, preferably in physical security and loss prevention servicesCandidates must have a clean criminal record, no criminal charges, investigations or court appearances pending.Previous law enforcement experience as a police officer, peace officer or military experience is considered an asset.Valid Security Services & Investigators Act Individual License (Mandatory, issued by province)High School DiplomaValid Drivers Licence, with clean driving abstractExtensive knowledge in security operations, labor standards and solicitor general regulations.Robust leader with a proven track record of team building and retentionCustomer Relations experience and client contract negotiation experience requiredAbility to manage a team of 50+ Security MembersEmployment Incentives:3 Weeks Paid Vacation, Paid Sick DaysDental, Medical and Vision benefits ( Offered after 3 months of continuous employment )Quarterly Performance bonusesWorking with a dynamic teamPaid Training & DevelopmentAmple promotional opportunitiesThis position receives a salary of $40,000.00 annually, plus bonus.
