Govan Brown seeks a Construction Site Manager / Construction Superintendent for its Building Group. You will oversee in office activities for commercial interiors, core and shell, and base build projects, aligning work with quality, schedule, safety, and financial goals. This in-person role requires construction management experience, stakeholder communication, and strong coordination of labourers and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate labourers and subcontractors against scopes and budgets Interpret plans and specifications for construction compliance Maintain schedules, micro plans,



and two-week lookaheads Implement site safety guidelines and legislative compliance Oversee inspections, deficiencies, warranty work, and demobilization Requirements:

10+ years of construction management experience Experience with base build and core and shell projects Strong leadership, scheduling, and resource allocation skills Knowledge of health, safety, and construction legislation Valid Class G license and reliable project-travel vehicle Bring construction leadership, schedule control, and safety knowledge to Govan Brown projects across Toronto’s active construction sites.
