Convergint is seeking a full-time Site Foreman at the Fort McMurray (Kearl Site) location to lead BAS and building-controls activities and coordinate maintenance and project work. You will act as the primary in office representative for the service contract, driving safe, high-quality execution and strong customer relationships.

You will mentor the site team, support planning and handover activities, and collaborate with technical leads, trades, and IT/OT stakeholders to deliver reliable control
