Support daily bookkeeping for a Canadian B2C e-commerce business with payment reconciliation and financial reporting skills. This is a part-time remote accounting assignment.

As an experienced part-time accountant, you will manage core accounting operations for a Canadian online business. The work centers on sales, refunds, expenses, transaction recording, and payment reconciliations. You will also prepare monthly financial statements and Canadian corporate tax and GST/HST documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate synchronization of accounting data

Requirements:

• At least five years of accounting experience
• Experience in e-commerce is preferred
• Robust QuickBooks Online expertise
• Knowledge of cash-basis accounting practices
• Experience preparing Canadian tax and GST/HST documentation
