Kaplan International Pathways is seeking a proactive Student Success Manager to lead the Year One Foundation Program's student-support initiatives at the University of Alberta. You will direct advising, wellbeing, orientation, and engagement programs and oversee policies to deliver a high-quality student experience.

Based on Edmonton, you will manage a diverse team, coordinate with academic operations, and drive continuous improvement in student success outcomes. Start anticipated January 2027.
